Scam transport I am very disappointed with my experience with Muziker.bg. I ordered a piano and a piano chair, and I was told the delivery would arrive on time. Instead, the piano was delayed by more than seven days without proper communication. Even worse, although I paid for transportation, the couriers did not deliver the piano to my address. They left it in a nearby city about 20 km away and told us to pick it up ourselves. Transporting a piano is not simple — I now have to arrange a large vehicle and find people to help carry it. Paying for delivery and then having to collect such a heavy item yourself is unacceptable. This has been a very frustrating experience, and I cannot recommend this shop.
