The purchasing process and delivery were good. Product is good too. The website did not say that I have to assemble the digital piano myself. I thought it will be delivered as a whole piece, but it came in many pieces. In other countries such as South Korea, this digital piano is delivered in one whole piece. In Czech Republic, I was not prepared that the piano came in many parts and I didn't have any tool with me. If Muziker website clearly state that I need to self-assemble the digital piano, I will be better prepared.
