Their 1994 album Brother Sister reached number 4 on the UK Albums Chart and was certified platinum. Over the years, the band has featured several talented vocalists, including Siedah Garrett, Carleen Anderson, Dawn Joseph, Sulene Fleming, and Angela Ricci, and has released acclaimed albums such as Shelter and Get Used to It. With more than 2.5 million records sold worldwide, The Brand New Heavies remain one of the most influential bands in the acid jazz genre.
