It is well constructed and has great tones. For the price, it's amazing in terms of what it delivers. Some cons: * it's a 35" scale, so it is a bit harder on the fingers, especially if you want to play fast * the tone control doesn't seem to work. It could be that I am unlucky, but if i look up on internet forums, it seems that it is a common problem for the M5 and M7 series
