The Blimp Extension is an add-on component kit for the original RODE Blimp windshield system that allows the use of long shotgun microphones, including the RODE NTG8 and any shotgun with barrel length of up to 600 mm. The kit includes a 256 mm blimp extension piece, two sets of rigid silicone bands, extra long DeadWombat fur windshield and furry brush. Please note that the original RODE Blimp is required to use this product. It is not currently compatible with the 2014 RODE Blimp. Dimensions: 122 x 265 x 122 mm. Weight: 125 g.
