Water-based decoupage adhesive with a slightly glossy finish. Perfectly bonds paper, cardboard, polystyrene and other surfaces. Can also be used for flexible materials, does not lose its elasticity as it dries. Dust dry in 30 minutes, completely dry in a maximum of 24 hours. Diluted 1:1 with water for bonding napkins.
