White prime liquid oil paint. WET is a very slow drying oil paint designed to create a suitable surface for the wet-on-wet oil painting technique often associated with an American artist by the name of Bob Ross. This technique is especially popular for its speed and spectacular painting of landscapes, which can be mastered by practically anyone.

The paint is applied to the canvas before the actual painting. With a wide, fine brush, spread over the entire surface of the canvas in a thin layer and, most importantly, evenly. Then paint with oil paints while still wet to create specific strokes. The underpainting is suitable for painting for an order of magnitude of hours after it has been applied, it does not dry too quickly.
