Sample-based music production station that provides the fastest and most intuitive way to make beats and allows you to create using a gigantic array of samples, combining an analogue modelling sound engine plus PCM sound engine. It allows for free editing and resampling using waveforms that from loaded and preset samples. Modulation and effects can be controlled easily just by turning knobs on the top panel. In addition, a variety of input interfaces optimized for inputting rhythm, bass, or melody allow for smooth and fast creation of sequences. The created sequences can then undergo additional evolution on stage or in the laptop. The station delivers intuitive live performances, or can be utilized for full-fledged music production by exporting sequence data (in WAV file format, 48kHz/16-bit) to Ableton Live for detailed editing and final mixing. The system version 2 adds support for the much-requested pattern chain function and undo function, as well as support for original value display. In total, the production station provides 920 sample types, 6 filters, 74 modulation types, 35 scale types and 50 gate arpeggiator types, all with sampling frequency of 48 kHz and 24-bit AD/DA conversion. It also provides memory for up 499 user samples, with total maximum of 270 seconds (monaural). The sequencer section provides 4 x 16 steps, 16 parts and 250 patterns. Up to 24 motion sequences can be stored for each pattern and up to 64 patterns can be stored and 250 patterns can be chained. The control layout includes 16 velocity-sensitive pads with various modes and touchpad with various modes. The device offers a 6.3mm L/mono, R output and two 3.5mm jacks for headphones and audio input, MIDI connectivity (in, out), USB micro B-type port and slot for an external storage device – SD card or SDHC card.
