Engine Audio Desert Winds (Digitaalne toode)

Oriental Woodwind Library for Cinematic and World Music

Desert Winds is a virtual instrument library by Eduardo Tarilonte that gathers four solo Middle Eastern woodwinds: Armenian Duduk, Persian Ney, Turkish Ney, and Zourna. Over 2,000 high-quality samples give composers a playable set of rare ethnic flutes without booking live musicians. The library runs inside the Engine Player and ships as a perpetual full-version download.

Soundscapes and Expressive Legato

21 layered soundscapes with 2 to 6 layers each create evolving atmospheres for film and game scores. Up to six true legato types per instrument let melodies flow naturally, while the microtuning module unlocks authentic regional scales.

Who This Library Is For

Desert Winds is the right choice for film, TV, and game composers who need authentic Middle Eastern woodwind textures. World-music producers will find the four solo instruments ready to drop into any project. It runs on macOS 11 or newer and Windows 10 or newer, with 4 GB of RAM (more recommended), 1.5 GB of disk space, and Engine Player 1.5 or higher. The Desert Winds content is also included in Ancient ERA Persia.
