Electro-Voice expands its top EVOLVE series with the introduction of the EVOLVE 50M column speaker system. The EVOLVE 50M features ElectroVoice's new QuickSmart Link digital audio control technology, built-in mixer, DSP and effects - all combined in the sleek EVOLVE 50 format. The EVOLVE 50M is the ideal choice for bands / musicians, AV rentals, DJs and any application where required true professional sound performance in a super compact and portable package.

The full-range column array and its eight lightweight 3.5 ”neodymium transducers provide ultra-wide, 120 ° full-bandwidth coverage via patented waveguides; The 40 ° asymmetrical vertical coverage ensures that the acoustic output is directed at both seated and standing spectators. The cover is made of durable composite material and contains an ergonomic aluminum handle. The "M" EVOLVE 50M, equipped with the most comprehensive and user-friendly feature set of any column system on the market today, refers to its integrated, full-featured, fully configurable eight-channel digital mixer. The mixer, developed in collaboration with the top team of sound electronics from the sibling brand Dynacord of the company Electro-Voice, has several inputs (4x XLR / TRS combined microphone / line input, 1x XLR / TRS combined stereo line input, 1x RCA, 1x 3.5 mm stereo, 1x Hi-Z instrument input) with professional preamps and mixer functions. High-definition, low-latency Bluetooth streaming ensures excellent results when playing music or accompaniment. Independent channel aux sends and footswitch input are also included, and a range of effects (30 presets including chorus, delay, flange and reverb, via two FX channels) add to the musicians a myriad of options for fine-tuning their tone. New from Electro-Voice, QuickSmart Link makes it easy to connect two EVOLVE 50Ms for use with larger bands or concerts that require more inputs. Simply connect systems with an Ethernet cable to create an uncompressed digital audio / control connection, pair both systems with a single mobile device via the QuickSmart Mobile app (available through the Apple App Store and Google Play) and gain full control over the mix of both systems. For applications requiring fewer inputs but still requiring a mixer and stereo output, the EVOLVE 50M can be paired with the EVOLVE 50 via the MIX OUT XLR connector.

The EVOLVE 50M control panel features the powerful QuickSmart DSP from ElectroVoice, which allows you to navigate and adjust all sound, effects and mix functions via a single-button LCD or QuickSmart Mobile application, as well as multiple signal and input routing options. Features include four presets (Music, Live, Speech, Club), three-band system EQ (low, mid, high), seven-band graphic equalizer (in Mix mode), five user-programmable presets (Store and Recall settings), phantom power, visual monitoring limiter status, input level control, meter and master volume to optimize the gain structure.
