Eater is a pioneering punk rock band from North London, formed in the early days of the British punk movement and named after a lyric by Marc Bolan. Known for their raw and energetic sound, they made an impact with tracks like "Thinking of the USA," which gained recognition in Mojo magazine as one of the greatest punk singles. Their style has often been described as straightforward and youthful punk rock. In 2022, original member Andy Blade revived the band in collaboration with JoJo and the Teeth, bringing Eater back to the stage with a fresh lineup.
