Boss DI-1 DI-kast

The DI-1 is a high-quality active direct box designed to deliver crystal-clear sound while converting high-impedance, unbalanced instrument signals into low-impedance, balanced outputs suitable for mixing consoles. Offering superior frequency response compared to conventional transformer-based designs, it ensures accurate signal transmission with minimal coloration.

The unit operates via a standard 9-volt battery or phantom power supplied directly from a mixer, providing flexible power options for stage or studio use. Equipped with phase reversal and ground lift switches, as well as three selectable input level settings, the DI-1 allows precise signal control and easy integration into any setup. Its sturdy, compact construction makes it a reliable and portable solution for professional applications.
