Guitar School for Beginners is a progressive 160-page publication, intended primarily for pupils and teachers of ZUŠ. However, it will be a great guide for all other guitar enthusiasts, regardless of age, including self-taught.

It is the only one on the market that contains QR codes referring to professionally processed sample videos on YouTube, which are therefore an integral part of the textbook. Start more than 100 motivational sample videos, including a total of 150 songs, songs and exercises, by scanning the QR codes in the textbook using a QR code reader on your smartphone or tablet. So you can comfortably watch videos for better home preparation whenever you need them.

Teaching is continuous, consecutive, systematic. The textbook offers a wide selection of compositions by contemporary and classical authors, exercises and folk songs from around the world, in which you will learn about musical concepts and many techniques of playing the classical guitar. Monophonic songs, then polyphonic and polyphonic songs are discussed first. It also includes a brief music course, which is not taught separately, but is methodically connected with compositions or exercises.

The publication also contains a duet of a pupil with a teacher as well as a number of previously unpublished compositions. The textbook is colorful, stylishly illustrated, has a sewn binding, readable notes of a larger size and paper with a higher weight, through which the notes and illustrations do not shine through. Orientation in the book is easy and fast - in addition to a logically and clearly compiled teaching material, it also has a detailed list of chapters, alphabetical list of compositions and colored tabs on the edges of the textbook with chapter designations. The author is a graduate of the Pilsen Conservatory, guitarist, composer and teacher of classical guitar with 27 years of experience, working at the Jan Hanuš Art School in Prague.
