Aurora is a Norwegian singer, songwriter, and producer celebrated for her ethereal soundscapes and distinctive blend of electropop, folk, and art pop. Born in Stavanger in 1996 and raised in Høle and Os, she began writing songs and dancing at a young age. Often referred to as the "Fairy of Pop," Aurora rose to national prominence as a teenager and quickly became a standout figure in Norway's music scene. Her debut album, All My Demons Greeting Me as a Friend, topped the Norwegian charts and earned international acclaim. She continued to expand her reach with the critically praised concept albums Infections of a Different Kind and A Different Kind of Human, followed by the chart-topping The Gods We Can Touch and What Happened to the Heart. Aurora is recognized for her visionary artistry and has collaborated with artists such as The Chemical Brothers, Jacob Collier, and Hans Zimmer. She has also contributed music to major films, series, and games, including Frozen 2, Wolfwalkers, Netflix's One Piece, and Assassin's Creed. Aurora is widely regarded as a leading voice in Norwegian art pop, continually pushing creative boundaries.
