Watercolours. GIOTTO Aquarelli watercolours load easily onto the brush and offer rich, well‑covering shades, making the painting vivid already from the first layer. They are suitable for colouring larger areas as well as creating soft watercolour gradients. The colours can be applied on dry or moistened paper — on dry paper they produce sharper lines, while on wet paper they create gentle washes. Once dry, they adhere well to the surface. The colours can be diluted with water to achieve lighter tones and mixed together to create additional shades.

The pans are placed in a palette whose shape prevents water from running between colours, keeping each shade clean. The palette can be rinsed and reused.

Watercolours are suitable for school and home painting and are ideal for children and beginner artists.
