Darkglass Tone Capsule V2

On-board preamplifier for electric bass guitar that is designed to respect the instrument's natural character while expanding exponentially the tonal possibilities. It has been redesigned to improve ease of installation with a full solder-less setup and carries the pristine and delicate transparency of Darkglass Electronics ' Microtubes B7K EQ, inspired by Periphery ́s bass player: Adam "Nolly" Getgood. The preamplifier features Bass, Mids and Hi-Mids controls (potentiometers included), but does not feature a Treble control which is very unique for this type of product. It can function with either one or two batteries in series for 9V or 18V operation respectively (battery clips not included). Input impedance: 500 kOhm. Output impedance: 1kOhm. Current consumption: ~2.4mA.
