Barry Can't Swim is the professional name of Joshua Spence Mainnie, an electronic music producer and DJ from Edinburgh, Scotland. He released his debut album When Will We Land in October 2023, which received wide critical acclaim, was shortlisted for the 2024 Mercury Prize, and appeared on several year-end best album lists. His work was also recognized with a nomination for Best Dance Act at the 2024 Brit Awards.
