Pairing a digital multi-engine oscillator with a genuine analog filter, Arturia Microfreak condenses a full-featured synthesis workstation into a chassis smaller than a textbook. Musicians get 21 oscillator modes, paraphonic architecture with up to four voices, and a capacitive PCB keybed offering polyphonic aftertouch. Besides a classic ADSR envelope and a six-waveform LFO, a cycling envelope acts as a multi-stage modulator or a free-running LFO with individually adjustable rise and fall times.
