I bought a guitar effects processor, but after trying it out, I didn't like it. I returned it for a refund within 14 days. The refund process was very fast and smooth. No bs.

Everything was fast and smooth! The order was safely packed!

Buying and communication from your customer service was easy. But the time between payment done and shipping was too long and no updates.(from 28th May till 2nd June). And during shipping parcel did't move for like three days (stayed at a depot in CZ) and no good shipping info/updates for delivery from Geis.I bought the article 28 May but received the parcel on 10th of June. This takes too long for a European shipment.I would like to buy a second one of the same article, but administration of your webshop and shipment must be faster.

The price was lower than in other shops, they sent out the package within 2 days and it arrived early at it's destination. Packaging was really good had a mildly tough time getting it out.
