Best product and very fast really

Muziker paid insufficient post to Ireland which meant that I had to pay the balance, but more importantly the delivery was delayed by over two weeks. The goods proved to be faulty and needed to be returned (at my cost), however Muziker refused to refund because two weeks after dispatch had elapsed. A coupon was issued but no suitable replacement goods were available on the website. It took almost 9 months to get the goods I required, and I incurred significant costs. Not a great performance!!

tolle Auswahl, bei muziker gibts oft noch Artikel wenn es sie wo anders schon lange nicht mehr gibt und das meist zu top preisen !! und normalerweise mit extrem schnellen versand nur diesmal sind sie nicht in die gänge gekommen daher ein stern weniger

Ich war ja etwas skeptisch wie schnell die Lieferung aus dem Ausland klappen würde, aber das schnelle Lieferdatum wurde eingehalten und alles war bestens verpackt. Gerne in Zukunft wieder!

Grazie, avevo un po' di timore perchè non conoscevo il sito, ma la spedizione è stata perfetta, il pacco è arrivato in anticipo di un giorno sulla data prevista. Ho ordinato una tromba Bach che è arrivata perfettamente imballata, con doppia scatola e imballo originale chiuso. Prezzo conveniente, con un piccolo sconto da Black Friday. Tromba come da richiesta, nuova, pronta per essere suonata! Consiglio l'acquisto!

I ordered a piano, 100kg load. As a bonus, I would have preferred a professional piano transport, instead of that cheap guitar.
