Compared to the previous model (PSR-A300), the sampling of sounds used in the PSR-A350 has been significantly improved. In addition, the built-in speaker system is fine-tuned for even better performance. As a result, the sound of the PSR-A350 has been greatly improved and is now even stronger and more realistic.

The PSR-A350 offers a wide range of high-quality sounds, styles and arpeggiators, including realistic oriental content inherited from high-end models such as the renowned PSR-A2000/3000.
Arabic, Maghreb, Khaligh, Iranian, Turkish and Greek sound style content is available to the player.

The scale adjustment buttons allow you to create your own scale tuning by changing each of the 12 scales. You can change the scale setting at any time, even while playing.
The scale tuning memory feature allows you to store four custom scales and instantly recall them whenever you wish.
The pitch bend wheel allows you to control the pitch in real time and give your playing a realistic appearance.

You can connect the keys to a computer via the USB to Host terminal and transfer data. 10 custom style databases allow you to save and use external styles.
You can also connect an iPhone, iPod touch or iPad and experience a new dimension of MIDI control with apps.

By connecting an external audio player to the AUX IN connector, you can play your favorite songs. An advanced vocal/melody suppressor reduces the volume of vocals and melody lines in original recordings, leaving that part for you to play.

The PSR-A350 features a Master EQ preset that allows you to tweak the nuances of the keyboard sound with settings like Bright and Boost, making it easy to get exactly the sound you like.

The 5-song/2-track recorder helps achieve effective practice, while Duo mode allows two people to play together on the same keyboard sections. This can be very useful when performing live or while teaching.

The PSR-A350 features the Yamaha Education Suite for teaching, offering a total of nine levels - three for the left hand, three for the right hand and three for both hands. This helps keyboard students practice songs stored in the instrument. There's a scoring function that makes practicing fun, and a hold function that adjusts the tempo to the person playing and pauses the accompaniment until the correct note is played.

Registration memory allows the user to store the panel settings as a "snapshot" in the memory unit and then recall them instantly with the push of a button.
