Dual-impedance, dynamic instrument microphone from Classic series that is the predecessor to the popular SM57 and a favourite for instrument pickup and recording, but also great for lecterns in public address systems. It provides selectable dual-impedance operation with a silent magnetic reed on/off switch with lock-on option. The microphone’s rating impedance is 150 ohms (250 ohms actual) for connection to microphone inputs rated at 19 to 300 ohms and ''High'' for connection to high-impedance microphone inputs. It is wired connected for low-impedance operation. The microphone offers an exceptionally uniform cardioid pattern that minimizes feedback and frequency response of 50 Hz-15 kHz.
