The RME Fireface UCX II is a 40-channel advanced USB audio interface packing studio-grade conversion, a full DSP mixer, and standalone recording into a half-rack enclosure. SteadyClock FS femtosecond clocking delivers reference-class jitter rejection across all digital formats. Offering 20 inputs and 20 outputs, this model provides high I/O density for project studios and mobile rigs.

DURec Standalone Recording and DC-Coupled CV/Gate Outputs

The integrated DURec recorder captures all 40 channels directly to USB storage without a computer. All line outputs are DC-coupled for sending control voltages and Gate signals to Eurorack modular synthesizers. TotalMix FX provides latency-free routing, EQ, dynamics, reverb, and delay on every channel.
