The PreSonus AudioBox USB 96 25th Anniversary Edition delivers 24-bit / 96 kHz recording in a compact all-metal chassis powered entirely from USB. Two combo mic/instrument inputs, balanced 1/4-inch TRS line outputs, MIDI I/O, and a headphone jack cover the full signal path. No driver installation is required on macOS, Windows, or Apple Silicon machines.

Built for Mobile Recording and Zero-Driver Setup

Bus-powered operation removes the need for any external power supply. A front-panel Mix knob blends live input with computer playback for zero-latency monitoring. Apple Silicon, iOS, and iPadOS compatibility lets sessions move between desktop and mobile setups.

Microphone and Instrument Inputs

Two combo XLR / 1/4-inch TS inputs accept microphones, line-level sources, and instruments. Each channel runs through a class-A preamp with switchable +48V phantom power.
