A Handpan allows you to produce clear and pure tones by hand. These tones have a very relaxing and calming effect on people. Since the Handpan emits soothing sounds, it is perfect to be combined wih other meditative or percussive instruments.

To play the Handpan, it is positioned on the lap. Tones or chords can be produced simply by striking one or more tone fields with your fingers. After learning the basic striking technique, you can intuitively start playing and creating your own melodies.

The root note is in the center with the rest of the scale surrounding it in eight pitch fields that produce a pure, calming, and resonant sound. Included with all Sensory Handpans are two removable sound tubes that allow you to alter the tonal qualities of the instrument.
