A hollow column accepts sand filling to add mass and dampen resonance, while integrated shock-absorbing pads protect both the speaker cabinet and the floor underneath. Quick assembly uses the included wrench and screws to attach the top and bottom plates to the central pillar in minutes. The wide base plate keeps the cabinet stable during playback, so no part of the speaker vibrates against the stand.
