Shoulder strap for alto saxophone. The strap transfers the weight of saxophone to the shoulder, so it puts less strain on the neck. This configuration brings greater comfort as well as greater range of motion. The strap has a leather shoulder pad with cotton lining and spongy padding. Length adjustment buckle and metal hook.
