Special, ultra-compact, all-analogue sound processing effects pedal for electric guitar or bass guitar that uses the proprietary BBE Sonic Maximizer technology for dramatically improved note definition in chords and solos using frequency-dependent time alignment with integrated amplitude compensation. Its buffered input happily accepts either the input of the instrument or the output of another pedal (it should be used last in the pedal chain), making it as easy to use as any other pedal. The pedal features Lo Contour and Process controls, 1% metal-film resistors for consistency and high-voltage poly caps for better tone. It provides 1MOhms input impedance for proper pickup loading and 1KOhm output impedance when engaged. The pedal is a true hardwire bypass.
