Designed following the recommendations of leading recording engineers, this version features louder EQ gain of up to ±18 dB and a steeper 18 dB/octave high-pass filter slope for more assertive frequency shaping.

Enhanced EQ Power

VEQ-4K BLACK provides four bands with sweepable mid Q plus switchable Bell and Shelf modes on the high and low frequency bands. With its extended ±18 dB boost and cut range, it delivers bolder tonal adjustments than earlier variants, making it suitable for both corrective and creative equalisation tasks.

Steeper High-Pass Filter

The 18 dB per octave high-pass filter slope provides more precise and effective low-frequency management compared to gentler filter designs. This allows engineers to clean up rumble, proximity effect, and low-end build-up with greater control and minimal impact on the desired content above.
