Which types of skis can we transport?

• 1 pair of downhill skis (alpine skiing) including poles with a maximum width of 165 mm in their widest section (tip/heel of the ski).
• 2 pairs of XC skis (cross country and cross country skiing) including 2 pairs of poles.
• Up to 5 aluminum tubes for fly rods, or 5-6 Spin Cast or spinning rods (less if with a reel)
• 2 - 3 fishing harpoons, including shafts and tips.
• And of course everything else that you have at hand and fits in the case.

Are my skis compatible?

• Tests have shown that you can store and transport even skis with a double tip - full rocker by bending with a width of 160 mm in the widest section. As long as the skis have standard downhill bindings, it's fine. If you use skis with a higher binding with an adjustable groove, the maximum width of the skis must be 140 mm in their widest section.

The inside of the Sportube packaging

• In addition to the soft foam padding on the toe and heel of the Sportube case, two velcro straps are integrated inside. This way, when packing your skis, you can strap each pair to the inside of the case, so your skis are positioned as tightly as possible with zero room for unwanted movement during transport, while keeping the skis, bindings and edges from touching each other.

Durable and strong plastic case

• It offers better device protection compared to soft cases. The hard plastic on the Sportube travel cases will form a protective shield around the contents of the case and therefore provide much more protection to the equipment being transported compared to any soft case.
• Unlike a soft travel case, the Sportube's plastic case will not tear. Although scratches and dents may occur, you can be sure that your sports equipment is always safe.
• Sportube packs have no external buckles, zippers or permanently attached straps that could tear or break.

Integrated maneuvering wheels

• Each package is equipped with wheels, which make it very easy and convenient to get the Sportube from the parking lot to the check-in desk or to the hotel.
• The wheels are covered with harder rubber and equipped with steel bearings that ensure durability and easy rolling.

Ergonomics

• The handle is placed in a comfortable and ergonomic place for guaranteed good maneuverability.
• Optionally available for purchase is a shoulder strap that can be attached to the case and avoid pulling if required.

Versatility of use
