You can take light XC or trail paths in the forests without any issue, just consider the extra weight :) You will need the small handlebar, buy that one as well. You'll have to have 10mm free space under the stem for the adapter. Minor drawbacks: the leg supports get loose from time to time, you have to notice and tighten it. On the seatpost tube it is fitted with quick release, but at the front, you will need an allen-key as, however it has some knurling around, it is so tight, you won't release it by hand.
