Amino acids are the building blocks of protein. There are 20 amino acids, 8 of these are known as essential amino acids because the body can't produce them and they can only be gained from the diet. Glutamine is a non essential amino acid and is the most common amino acid found in the muscles.
L-Glutamine is for anyone looking to increase their intake of this essential amino acid.
A convenient way to supplement this amino acid
Pure glutamine, with no other ingredients
Tasteless so can be added to any drink
Take 5g (approximately one level 5ml measure) and mix with 300ml of water, or fruit juice.
On training days: Take one serving half an hour prior to exercise, one immediately after exercise and one before bedtime.
On non-training days: Take one serving three times daily evenly spaced throughout the day, with one serving before bedtime.
This is a food supplement and should be used in conjunction with a balanced diet.
100% L-Glutamine produced via a fermentation process. May contain traces of gluten, egg and/or milk.
Description: Food supplement. 250 g. L-Glutamine powder produced by fermentation. 1 dose corresponds to 5 g. The pack contains 50 doses. Ingredients: 100% L-Glutamine obtained by fermentation. Recommended dosage: Mix 5 g (1 level 5ml measuring cup) in 300ml of water or juice. Training days: take 1 dose half an hour before training, 1 dose immediately after training and another dose in the evening before bedtime. Non-training days: take 3 doses continuously during the day. Take 1 dose at bedtime. Notice: Not suitable for children, adolescents under 16, pregnant and lactating women. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. It does not replace a varied diet. Store in a cool, dry place, out of reach of children. Close the package. The measuring cup may sink to the bottom during transport. Use within 3 months of opening. May contain traces of gluten.
