Electro-acoustic guitar from X-Series that features the 000 platform and a smaller body design than the traditional Dreadnought, producing full, robust sound. Pairing the solid Sitka spruce top with mahogany-grained high pressure laminate (HPL) back and sides, the instrument belts out rich clarity and plenty of projection. The body features a Mortise & Tenon neck joint construction and “X”-style, bracing pattern made of Sitka spruce wood. Neck is made of rust birch laminate with Martin’s “Performing Artist” shape and high-performance taper. Rosewood high pressure laminate (HPL) headstock offers a solid shape with standard taper and script ink logo. The neck is fitted with a FS Certified Richlite fingerboard with 20 frets and white plastic dot inlays. Scale length is 645.16 mm, nut width is 44.45 mm. The guitar is equipped with Fishman Sonitone electronics and has the look and sound of a highly collectible Martin, but goes for a price that anyone can afford. Other features include a multi-strip rosette, white Corian nut fret, a Modern Belly bridge (drop in saddle) made of FSC Certified Richlite with compensated White Tusq saddle and white plastic bridge pins, chrome enclosed gear tuning machines and a faux tortoise pickguard.
